Product Liability Disclaimer All The Online Productsand services. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are illustrative and may be only approximate. There may hence be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products. God Statues, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond our control.

Terms and Conditions for Astrologers, Panditji & Motivational Guides
(1)Upon your registration with the AstroPanditOm.com/ Mobile Application to use or give Services, all the applicable terms & conditions stand agreed by you.

(2) Your communication may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

(3)All Astrologers and other Consultants will not share their personal details and contact numbers with the Customers and not deal with them personally in any case. If any person is found doing so, by our surveillance team from recorded communications, they will be de-registered for minimum one month forfeiting all dues on that day and will be re-registered only after non-refundable payment of Rs 20,000 to AstroPanditOm.

(4) Your continuance will depend on your best performance. Lowest rated Astrologers and other Consultants may be de-registered from AstroPanditOm. As we are committed to provide best quality Service to our Customers.

(5) Your due payment will be paid weekly on mutually decided rates adjusting tax if any, deducting defined % of the payment received on account of AstroPanditOm’s Overheads, Profits, Promotions and Etc.

(6)Your per minute charges (as mutually agreed) will be displayed on Website/ App adding %charges on account of Extra Charge which may vary up to 20% approximately which will given by the AstroPanditOm to its Customers in their Wallet at the time of re-charging their wallets as the promotion schemes, for the mutual advantage.

(7) All Astrologers and Other Consultants will work as per direction of AstroPandiitOm and abide by all rules from time to time. They will have very polite communication with the Customers and will be held responsible for all consultation given, indemnify AstroPanditOm from all risks due to them in all the cases for their advices and conducts

Astropanditom.com does not carry on the treatment of any specific disease, disorder or ailment, nor does Astropanditom.com promise to medically improve or alleviate any specific physical condition or address any specific physical condition, or the lack thereof. By using this website, you acknowledge that you are not using the services of Astropanditom.com for the cure of any specific disease, disorder, ailment, or physical condition.

Pujas and Hawans The rate that is mentioned for all the Pujas are performed only for you privately or anyone whom you want which must be specified while booking. If you want us to perform on group basis, write to us at info@astropanditom.com

Astropanditom.com shall not be held responsible if the priest / vendordoes not show up or delayed to your place due to any natural causes (flooding, heavy traffic etc..), accidents/health issues or any other emergency or environmental/Government issues.

Also note that all the pandits/priests or any other service providing person/ agencies registered with Astropanditom.com performing Pujas or supplying the orders on your request are all independent contractors and therefore Astropanditom.com shall not be answerable to any dispute or problem that arises in between the User and the Pandit/Priests. Kindly Note that Astropanditom.com is just a connecting platform for users to connect with priests and the service providing person/ agencies.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability Astropanditom.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site including the fact that Astropanditom.com is not the authorized agent or service provider appointed by any temple authority for which services are being provided herein. The booking of Pujas or any other rituals with Astropanditom.com by the user is done on his or her sole discretion.

Astropanditom.com will take utmost care while performing the services or shipping the items. All the items are packed with standard packing materials. Shipping may be done through INDIAN POST or other courier services like DHL or FEDEX or BLUEDART for National and International customers, in compliance with the laws applicable in India. Any change in government policies, excise duties, taxes, etc., has to be borne by the buyer.

The responsibility of Astropanditom.com ends with shipping the material from its registered office in India, and provide the tracking number / ID. Any other excise duties, taxes , etc., if any, in the buyer’s country has to be borne by the buyer.

The color of Yantra may not be similar to the images in our website. The images are given just for purpose of understanding only. Yantras are made of copper, so the color changes are natural over a period. Astropanditom.com is not responsible for the change of color.
